Forcalquier – Rustel (Colorado in Provence)
The raw beauty of Rustrel's ochres...
- Duration: 7 to 8h
- Season: Year round
The village of Forcalquier, a former fortified town, welcomes you for a discovery of Notre-Dame du Bourguet Cathedral, a local faience workshop, the citadel, and/or the Couvent des Cordeliers. You will then continue with a tasting in a truly local setting: “Distilleries et Domaines de Provence.”
Lunch will be enjoyed at a restaurant in Forcalquier.
In the afternoon, we head to the Colorado Provençal: vibrant ochre tones, sculpted rock formations, and a walk tailored to your pace, choosing between the Sahara Loop (2 km) or the Belvédères Loop (4 km).
Visit of Rustrel.
