Are all getaways private?
Absolutly! Every outing is fully private and designed just for your party. No shared groups, no outside participants. The pace and break times are adapted to your preferences.
Can the experience be personalized?
Yes. You can tailor your day to your wishes (proposal, surprise birthday, bachelorette or bachelor party). Simply send your request via the contact form, and I will reply within 24 hours.
Do I need to be in good physical shape?
The outings are suitable for most guests. If you have any mobility constraints, please mention it in the contact form. Please note: the van is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (wheelchair access).
What should I bring on the day?
Comfortable shoes, a light jacket (even in summer), and sunglasses. Water is provided throughout the day.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is not included unless it is specifically mentioned in the experience description. A restaurant reservation can be arranged in advance, based on your preferences.
What’s included?
Private transportation in a comfortable van, guidance by a bilingual local guide (French/English), and water.
Depending on the experience, tastings, meals, and site entrance fees may be included. Everything is clearly specified at the time of booking.
Where does the tour start?
Pick-up can be arranged directly at your accommodation (within a 20 km radius of Aix-en-Provence) or at a meeting point agreed in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Refunds are processed within 72 hours to the original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
Can you organize a day for a special occasion?
Absolutely: birthday, proposal, honeymoon, surprise… Feel free to contact me and I will do everything possible to make your experience truly memorable.
